Our Famous Catering Team will make it easy
for you by handling all of the details. We’ll
deliver our Famous ‘Que and keep your ‘Que
buffet stocked so you can relax, enjoy, and be
stress-free.
● Your Legendary ‘Que buffet will be
delivered, set up, and maintained, and
the eating area and event space will be
kept tidy and organized.
● Tablecloths, chafing dishes, and
premium disposable paper goods will all
be provided.

Delivery & set up
We carry the barbecue to you and set up a
self-serve buffet.
● We’ll deliver the food to your event site
and set up a buffet; all you have to do is
offer an empty area and tables for
serving. We’ll go over the menu with the
Host before leaving you to savor the
Famous ‘Que.
● We’ll also provide: high-quality dishes,
napkins, wet naps, disposable utensils,
and additional BBQ sauce.
